Help! I cannot seem to add file attachments to certain webpages, such as Hotmail Email or Draytek Australia Helpdesk system!

File attachments on webpages generally travel through TCP port 80. One of the settings on the router will drop non-http traffic on TCP port 80. This option needs to be DISABLED for file attachments to send through correctly.

Please disable the option "Drop non-http connection on TCP port 80" under the router interface -> Firewall -> General Setup page.
